Entering / driving on the company premises is only possible with a KTL access ID.


To enable a more efficient stay, we offer KTL permanent ID cards for your drivers. Alternatively, day ID-s would have to be issued for each entry, which would mean more time for your drivers. The prerequisite for the approval of a KTL permanent ID is that the driver drives to our terminal at least once a week.


We charge a deposit of EUR 10.00 for each permanent ID. The deposit will of course be refunded when the permanent ID card is returned.


After receipt of the deposit, the permanent ID cards can be handed over personally by the driver upon presentation of an official photo document between 8.00h and 16.00h at Gate Y14.


You will receive an invoice for the deposit for all permanent ID cards applied for with the request to transfer the deposit amount promptly. We ask for your understanding that we do not accept cash payments. Please also inform the subcontractors working for your company.

Note on data protection:

We store your data, such as contact details, name, date of birth etc., in ordner to be able to issue a permanent ID card. The data is provided by you and are stored for verification purposes.
